I know many of us are struggling to adapt to the changes we’re all having to face. When this happens our self-care often goes out the window. I know some of you may have not showered or even got out of bed in a couple of days. I see you 👀💛 And it’s okay not to be okay. But it’s time to take a little bit of care. Every one who sends me video or a picture of applying some self-care this weekend will be rewarded with a free week on here. It can be as simple as brushing your teeth, showering, wearing a face mask, or meditating. (Jerking off doesn’t count but happy to accept those as well as...). And no you don’t have to be naked. If you consent to it, I may share yours on my page. Otherwise, it’s for my eyes only. Now let’s go 👏🏼
