Added 2018-11-29 06:10:19 +0000 UTCI am finally at 165 lbs. Last time I weighed that I was 15 weeks out from the 2009 USA which I ended up winning my IFBB card. Here’s a side by side pic of me back then and me today at same exact weight. The biggest difference is my shoulders. They are gigantic now. Looking forward to adding a lot more size. 💪🏼
