

I love these easy home-made "cheezy" vegan quesadillas. 🥑🤤 *Simply: heat the pan up on medium for your tortillas, being mindful to add a spray like avocado oil. *Add the desired vegan cheese of your choice (Chao, Daiya, So Delicious, Miyoko's Kitchen, Violife, Dr. Cow, etc.). *I folded in diced Spanish peppers and a dash of cumin. *Black beans can also either be mashed up and served within the tortilla at this point or served on the side! *Once the cheese starts melting, fold your tortillas and turn them over for about 30 more seconds. *(Trust yourself and the process!) You could even totally add the avocado in at this point. Whatever you want. It works both ways and the point is to make the process approachable, quick, cruelty-free and delicious! *Add whatever hot sauce or salsa you crave! *Enjoy!
