


🧃Do you like pressed juices? (The best type to go for is always a juice dense in greens, greens, GREENS baby 😉!) As an adult, we should be getting minimum 1.5-2 cups of fruit (or 4 servings) and 2-3 cups of veggies(or 5 servings) per day, however many of us just get too caught up! 🤔(We then wonder why our immune systems weaken or we are more susceptible to certain disorders, viruses, diseases, even lower energy and worsened mood.) ✨Juicing is beneficial for a lot of reason but my favorites are because: 🥬pressed juice removes the fiber and contains greater concentration of nutrients per oz. so you optimize those benefits faster than with the fiber 🥒you may not otherwise be able to chew nor want to eat that amount of fruits and veggies raw each day 🥕provides clearer skin 🍈improves cognitive function 🍏higher and more stable energy 🍋helps promote our body's in detox 🥥is very refreshing and rejuvenating ✨In my household we press those organic fruits and veggies every week so we don't fall too hard behind.
