

What is something diet-wise you cannot go without?! 🥬For me I can’t get through my day without my GREENS! 🥦I know technically all of us vitally need greens & we certainly lack those adequate daily servings on average but... 🥗For me I definitely FEEL when I’m lacking in it & can feel myself thinking of it when I haven’t had a fresh pressed green juice, or a big salad, or even just cucumber & avocado thrown into my meals! 🥒Mean-green freak & wild woman over here! 😆 👀How about you?! 👇
