

🥑Excellent easy recipe with protein & vital nutrition using:🥦 🤍Baked tofu -Cut & prepare EXTRA FIRM tofu into Cubes of desired chunks -Toss them around in soy sauce, cornstarch or arrowroot powder (cornstarch is more processed but yields crispier results than the arrowroot powder ) -Any other seasoning of choice -Bake under medium heat for 25-30 minutes until golden brown 🥦Veggies (your favs) 🥑Avocado (if you’re as big a fan as me) ENJOY!
