

Stretching & resting is as productive as pushing your body & always moving it. ✨ My leg is almost “entirely” healed from my ACL ❤️🩹 tear earlier this year from my mountain / skiing injury ⛷ & I am just grateful that after months of prehab, rehab, strength training & patience, I am now able to run & wear high-heels again. 👢👠
