I don’t know what this is called but this is a workout I almost always do when I go to the gym. I used to do it with no weight when my back wasn’t as strong. Now, I use a 25lb weight. I can feel this exercise in my lower back and my butt. It is important to keep your core tight. Your core tends to try to makeup for the other parts of your body that have a hard time pulling the weight. This is true for almost any workout, so it’s important to always keep your core engaged, causing your other muscles to pull the weight instead. This exercise will add muscle to the top portion of your butt and will give you definition in your lower back.
