

I work a lot on my legs and use almost every leg machine there is and try to do a little bit of leg/butt workouts every time I go to the gym. Again, a tight core is essential. This exercise defines the insides of your thighs. I don’t want to build muscle there, so I do light weight with a lot of repetition (until it hurts/my legs can’t handle it anymore). I do this three times with a short 10-15 second break in between.
