

This is an exercise I need to use more often. I carry a lot of fat naturally in my upper thighs and butt. This will tighten up the area right below your butt cheeks as well as your hamstrings. Notice how they bulge when I pull up on the weight? I do this exercise with a lot of weight. Same as last post, enough to hurt after 12-15 reps. Rest a few seconds, then go back. 3 times. I have the foot part high because I have bad knees and don’t want to hyperextend, but if you’re able to, set it lower. Always make sure you’re adjusting machines to your height. I’m 5’2” and tend to use machines on the small setting. This exercise will help the backs of your thighs and your butt!
