This week's #TheAShow was a recap of #WrestleCade, the good and bad, along with a more casual catch-up and chat with the fans...and a sneak peek at a new cosplay photo shoot I did over the weekend. We also talked about simple yoga poses for constipation (Yep, you can move things along without meds or chugging endless gritty drinks), news the mainstream won't touch with a ten-foot pole and more!
