


This was me in 2013 I had to count every kcal and marco. Yeah I got abs,but I wasn't happy being so weak. I couldn't even dead lift 100 pounds!! One of my goals is to look like this again,but still being able to dead lift 250 easy like I do now. That's one of my goals,but NOT the important one!!! The main goal is to feel better and get stronger above all else.
