I did a 10k run today! But my knee injury flared up sooo bad..
Added 2024-09-21 17:07:00 +0000 UTCI did a 10k run today! But my knee injury flared up sooo badly I was in agony from like 4k in so had to keep stopping and stretching 😭 Also I have a cold and my headphones broke 🙈😩 But I did it in one hour which I am proud of considering all the above!
Anyway the short story is I am in bits this evening so need to rest. Will reply to messages ASAP tomorrow! Send me healing vibes 🙏
