For the past few days, my pain level was at a 7, but with frequent level 10 spasms. Fortunately, I was able to find a walk-in chiropractor open on weekends, so right now my pain level was a down to a 5 or a 6….but my range of motion is severely limited. I cannot bend, twist, or lift anything over 5 lbs 😕 I haven’t had sex in almost two weeks. I can’t even pleasure myself, because I’m doing everything I can to avoid muscle spasms. Unfortunately the fact that I can’t have any sex just makes me want it even more 😣
