Many medical professionals will tell you that it's just a sign that you're getting older, and they're not wrong. But, it doesn't mean that you have to lie down and accept that as 'how it's going to be now' because things are causing it. Such as; low testosterone, extreme stress or anxiety, negative diet changes, and even cardiovascular health issues that you're unaware of. The most common problems are the first three that I mentioned, especially the lower testosterone. It's no secret how crazy our bodies were when we all hit puberty. When that testosterone started pumping into our systems, it could often lead to some embarrassing moments when you weren't expecting it. But, as men age, sometimes around the age of twenty-five, our testosterone can start to drop. If you're waking up throughout the week and you're noticing that you're not pitching a tent, then it might be time to look into what the cause might be.
