PE Madness March 7th: Day 5 In this routine, we do the 'trifecta' by using the Bathmate, jelqing, and the two-stage pump. Once again, I feel great while doing this session with no issues and I came out of the pump feeling full, heavy, and beefy. I decided to end the session this time with another Bathmate routine of five minutes for one set. Update 3-9-21: Using the Bathmate might have been a bit much. I had some small twinge of soreness which is a sign of overpumping. So for that, I've edited the video with a disclaimer and I will be taking a rest day or two. I now know my limits and I might try two sessions of the Bathmate next time in the beginning of my routine. Instead of another one at the end. This Routine: 1.
