The current situation with my physique and a life/gym update!! I’m now 5-6 weeks post show. About 13-14lbs above stage weight. I’ve also been fully “off” the past month and that in itself makes a huge difference for my body…I don’t take a lot of *u know what* anyways, but even the small amount I do use makes me look about 5lbs leaner and 5lbs more jacked lol😂 having said that, I’m really looking forward to getting back to that after this health phase. So what’s the plan? Well right now I’m training legs ONLY, 4x a week, high intensity/to failure but with low volume, since there is no way I’d be recovering in between workouts doing longer ones rn. Currently doing 5x30min cardio/wk. I’m in this health phase for another 2 weeks then we’ll be back on, not sure what yet but tbd with my coach. I’m on a meal plan (not very restrictive calorie wise) and adhering about 80-90% and having a cheat meal as well once a week. I’ll be continuing this for a few more weeks but early August I’ll be doing a 3ish week mini cut to prep for my ibiza modelling trip😍 I’ll be travelling around Europe a bit and ending the trip with a 7 day stay in ibiza with 30 other models/OF girls….I promise u ur not ready for that content haha😈😈 and keep in mind that since my insta is gone again and I’m officially done posting anything even semi-scandalous on the app this will now be the place to see everythinggggg. I really wanna focus on putting out good content this summer and using this platform to the fullest, so comment what you want to see from me.
