Did you know that I shoot all my own content? I've been working with film cameras and camcorders since I was about 7 and digital since I was about 22. (Not a big deal nowadays but back then, it was pretty unusual). When I was 8 my step-daad submitted one of my creations to a fine arts media magazine and my work was featured and written up in the article alongside adult fine-artists working with new media. My mom always thought I was going to be a director when I grew up. My form of play was tying up my barbies, covering them with wax, suspending them from the ceiling and composing complicated scenes which I would then photograph.... Needless to say, she is not surprised at my current life pursuits. .SW gave me a chance to make a living as a visual storyteller, content creator and online business owner. Before I launched my website in 2016 I was working in the art world as a Gallery Director. While I loved helping artists establish their careers and expose the public to their work, the long hours of admin wore me down and I just decided that lifestyle was more important than the type of product I was selling. I wanted to create my own hours, travel, spend time with friends and not be limited in my earning potential working for someone else. It took a few years after my first exposure to BDSM (via a rope bondage class c.2011) before I learned that there was value potential in this industry and that I actually already had most of the skills needed to launch a brand, literally overnight. Thank you for finding value in my work, it means a lot to me to be able to make something that people desire. I really get a kick out of this whole thing.. Have a lovely eve!
