I have both the genes markers for macular degeneration and I try to avoid as much led lighting and screen time as possible but my job requires me to look at screens for at least 4hrs per day. Wish me luck babes! Hoping to get some contacts and some hot new glasses so I can see my cam screen and recording monitors again! :) 😘 cam resumes Friday afternoon. Customs resume next week!
