For those of you who don’t know, I have fibromyalgia. I felt really good Monday and waaay over did it. So now I’m a 3rd day couch lump and feel self conscientious and bad that I’ve been absent. It feels a lot like a sleep deprivation strung out hangover. Better today, yesterday was worse than Tuesday. Ive canceled 2 dr appts.
