I’m sure it didn’t turn out as well as @madeyoudrool I think it could have gone for 33min instead of 40min, used a different egg wash, and a glaze- maybe something warm and bourbony. I also used more water to bring the dough together. Plus I’m American and hoped that “glasses” meant 1 cup, I do own a kitchen scale and 150g butter equals roughly 1 1/4 sticks.
