




all my homies know i hate myself lol trying my best to not wanna unalive by doing things for me.. started my day with music and cozy self care and then started working on my new self help book which was proving rlly difficult because it seems to begin with the assumption that i know how to treat myself well but i have never in my life been ok or good at treating myself well so i’m like like.. uhhhh… but anyways on to yoga workout ! i also microdosed some devils lettuce if that’s even a think i just wanted the buzbuz but without 3 hours of brain sleep :p
