I’ve managed to injure myself in multiple different ways over the past few days 😂 I seem to be stupidly accident prone at the moment!
I’ve hurt the muscles in my lower back… the question is do you want to see how I have to stretch them while struggling with my fat body getting in the way?
Until I’m fully recovered I can’t really make any other content so please be patient with me 😭
