I've been recliner bound, and medicated for a couple of weeks! Just getting up to go training clients, then get back to my chair! Feeling much better today, pretty close to pain free, and MIGHT even play 9 holes of golf? Back to training eating clean, and POSTING this week! Sorry for the absence!!!
