So I’m looking for suggestions on where I could buy a nice 2 bedroom home for less than 330k in an area where there are good restaurants and at least some art happenings. It should also be a place where I can date easily... I currently live in Los Angeles and I'm giving up on my dream of buying property anywhere in CA because especially with current interest rates it's just too expensive for me (I know a thing or two, I have a CA real estate license). I prefer places that do not have extremely hot or cold weather, and are less natural disaster prone. YES to places with lush greenery and access to nature. I don't need to be in a major city and I'm thinking about places on the outskirts. Hoping to homestead soon <3 thanks for any ideas! P.S Many of you know I'm in school in CA. It's an online program that can be done anywhere. When I'm finished I can also be licensed anywhere in the US.
