A lot of people have been asking me for tips and what my daily routine is like. I like to workout a lot I exercise lifting heavy weights about 4-5x per week on a push and pull routine. I do 20 minutes of high intensity cardio. I put lots of emphasis on lower body. Diet: food with high amounts of protein, fats and fiber. Drink lots of water. supplements: Creatine, Zinc, Magnesium, Vit D Most important is to get lots of sunlight. I cheat by going to the UV beds and I find this is helpful during winter to increase vitamin D. Just don't get burned. Hope this can answer your questions. <3
