Added 2023-09-10 11:25:48 +0000 UTCPart 3 of 4 - This is where the stomach stretching really happens. After eating till I’m uncomfortably stuffed I drank 2 litres of water to stretch myself out. It’s hard work but knowing I’ll have a huge belly and be able to eat more next time makes it worth it!!
