

You aren't stupid, you're just misinformed! Let's debunk 3 fitness myths. Go! 1) I need massive amount of protein to grow. WRONG! Protein is vital for muscle growth, yes. But the amount you actually need, versus what people think they need is vastly different. Shoot for 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, up to 1.25 if you're trying to grow. Go up from there. Slowly! 2) Carbs are the devil. Also WRONG! Carbohydrates are your body's primary source of fuel. In fact, they're arguably there most important macronutrient. Want to have energy? A pump in the gym? You need carbs. 3) Getting shredded means I need to overdo cardio. NOPE. Cardiovascular activity is extremely important, your heart is a muscle too. But fat loss is facilatated by what you put into your mouth (Food! Get your head out of the gutter). You can't outwork a bad diet. Let's get it y'all! 💥 Further questions!
