Here's a workout that I LOVE for maximum arm pump and should only take about 40 minutes - Tricep dips on bench - 20 reps x 4 sets Rope pushdowns - 25 reps x 4 sets Overhead rope pushdowns - 25 reps x 4 sets Finish with bench dips again to failure x 2 sets Standing dumbbell curl - 20 reps x 4 sets Standing hammer curl - 15 reps x 4 sets Finish with seated concentration curl - 15 reps x 4 sets Will this get you arms like me? Maybe, maybe not, but it'll sure get you a nasty pump 😏
