The low row. One of my favorite back machines! ??

When done correctly, you get to pinpoint essentially every muscle in your upper back from a unique angle. And if you're following my other posts, you know I believe in different angles to stimulate growth!

If your gym has this machine version, you can either position your hand on the top part of the handle, or down low. Both work great, just more variation. And if you're also wondering, you can operate the machine with both arms working simultaneously, or independently. I prefer to do each side independently as I feel I can focus on the contraction (the squeeze) better.
