

What are you taking for supplements?
In my plans and programs, I tend to favor whole food. Supplements are great, but you don't need to break the bank and buy every product possible. In my plans, I do advise the following -
? A solid greens powder or juicing daily
? Whey protein or plant based protein
? Glutamine for recovery
? A good quality multi-vitamin
? Omega 3 supplements
If you live in certain climates, Vitamin D is also a great idea.
Again, supplements should compliment food. Adding things like pre-workouts are fine too, but very individual to the person.
