

? Want to get bigger? Here are two of my favorite tips to help...
1) You need to prioritize your rest. Remember, you grow when you rest, not when you train. If you are working out every day, and not properly recovering, this may be why your progress is stuck!
2) Keeping protein a little lower, while carbs and fat a little higher. This one may surprise you but if you're eating in a surplus to grow, you don't need as much as protein. My rule for growth phases is to back protein down to 1-1.25 grams per pound of bodyweight.
