A quick tip I want to throw your way is a relatively simple one, but will help you fitness progress immensely - logging your workouts.
What I mean by logging is writing down your workouts/training as well as how it went. It's important to not train blind and this also allows you a way to look back and notice trends in your workouts. Maybe it's overtraining, under-training, etc. There are many apps that you can use to help with this, or a simple pen and paper go a long way.
Logging is worth it, trust me! ??
