Competing in shows taught me a lot about myself, including the ability to be dedicated to a craft, determination, perseverance, and that quitting is never an option. I truly believe that if you can take things away from everything you do in life and learn, you are always in a state of growth and progression.
Whether it's competing in bodybuilding shows, your work life, or your personal life, striving to be the very best that you can be should always be the number one goal.
