I'm sure you've seen this bicep curl variation before. You do 7 reps halfway up, 7 reps halfway down and 7 full reps. This is all one set.

The point behind this exercise is training the muscle at angles it's not used to working at. Full extension, tight contraction and full range. You don't need a lot of weight but you will get a NASTY BURN ???
