It is now time to make some sourdough toast with Irish butter and fig preserve, get a cup of hot coffee, and pull a bong to help with pain and maintain good energy. Though I am feeling much better, thank you. Just a little pinch in the sciatica that zaps about here or there, but on the right track to recovery. (I hope)
