NEW POLICY DUE TO NO-SHOWS
From 1st November 2024 all bookings for calls must pay a deposit of 10% to book in day/time before booking goes ahead. Once booked in, the remainder of the fee will be due 1 hour before the call goes ahead. If the call is not paid for in full by this time the booking will not go ahead. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
