Here in Brazil, vehicle insurance is not very common, only rich people have it and I don't have insurance and since the idiot who hit my car ran away I can't afford it. Show me your love and care by helping me pay for the repair. Luckily I wasn't hurt, but the car's bodywork in left was destroyed and that made me very angry and also sad.
