I used to have a daily yoga practice and even worked at a yoga studio before doing my yoga teacher training many moons ago… before I started camming once upon a time! It’s a lot harder for me to move my body these days (fibromyalgia) but a daily yoga practice is *really* good for my chronic pain… so thank you for being my inspiration! 😘 🧘
