

Today I woke up to the sound of the first rays of sunshine and decided that this day was going to be special. Start your morning with some light exercise or yoga, enjoy a cup of flavored coffee or tea, and be sure to take time for your thoughts. Write three things you're grateful for in your journal, and don't forget to do something for yourself, whether it's a favorite book or a walk in the fresh air.
