Starting Nov 2 I will get on LIVE every morning for like 15-20min to meditate with you guys. I am super excited for you guys to participate in this with me. I promise this will bring your life: happiness, love, abundance, mental clarity and so much more.
As we go along this journey together I will integrate different types of meditations like body scan which is a little longer. I am in the process of finding different mindful girls who might also want to lead the meditation circle, that way you can see new faces and get different energies.
I will put a poll for you guys to vote on what time you prefer I go LIVE, even if you cannot make it during these times, I will always leave the LIVE in the profile for you to rewatch.
