I meant to post/ schedule throwback Thursday and recipe Friday starting this week but unfortunately I had a setback when I had a medication related injury happen earlier this week resulting in bring in and out of hospital all week. Gradually recovering and hopefully will be back on schedule next week. I did attempt to post some throwbacks but learns the hard way that I absolutely cannot have anyone but me in any throwback or foodie pics so I will have to reorganize everything first! Here I am wearing my cute sweater to show how much I love my pets, had a heart and a paw on it. I hadn't had pho in a while. I love pho, but only ate it very occasionally!
