I woke up today at my FIRST ALARM!!!! !!!!! This is huge for me, I usually set like 10-15 and sleep through them still :/ I brought it up to my therapist and she told me I basically trained my brain to ignore them >_> and to challenge myself by setting two MAX So that I don’t have the ability to rely on more coming in, so when I’m up, I’m UP. That was the first thought that passed through my mind this morning and there I was, fresh as a daisy at 10 am. YEEEET It’s the little things for nuerodivergent dirtbags like me, it really is.
