I get to just EXIST and BREATHE and GO. And it feels so damn good. It makes me feel capable of anything. I’ve got that old familiar burst of motivation that comes whenever I make it a regular part of my life, I’ve got a hike planned every week for the next two months 🙌🏻 ‘Scripts only go so far, I gotta manufacture some happy myself.
