Self suspension beginning with a hip harness, tied 2 futomomo in the air, tried weight loading them both, gave up on that after a second, lifted myself higher with the hips, went upside down and went, "oh! Toe rope!" Lark's head the toe, pull close to my chest, attach to chest, and then two half hitches behind it on the line holding my toe so I could put my wrists in there and relax. It felt so so so so good.
