I'm a big fan of this blue fringe dress, gifted to me from one of my loyal followers (thanks boo! good pick!), and it is one of my favorite sensory pieces of clothing to wear. I've always loved fringe, but this isn't like the loose fringe, it's loops which feels oh so yummy and swishy.
