

Some of you have been asking so here is what my legs look like rn. My legs have always been super skinny compared to the rest of my body. When I was a freshman in HS I popped my hip out of place at baseball tryouts and never got it fixed. To this day, if I do squats, dead-lifts, any sort of workout like that with too much weight, my hip will either give out or it’ll hurt for days on end. So I have to slowly ease into the weight and can’t push myself as hard as I can for my other muscles. BUT we will get there 😎
