

My morning starts with a warm drink ☕ whether it's flavored coffee or tea to wake up and energize. Then some stretching or light exercise to wake up the body. Sometimes I turn on my favorite music 🎶 or read a few pages of a book 📖 - it helps to set a positive mood.
