

After a good workout my body feels like it's falling apart 😵💫💪 Every muscle reminds me of itself, even the ones I didn't know about 😂🔥 But what a pleasant feeling of fatigue - it means that the work was not done in vain! Tomorrow, of course, I will walk like a penguin 🐧 but it's just a reminder of progress 😏 Now the main thing is stretching, rest and delicious food 🍓🥑
