

Did you know that I used to be a very anxious person?🙈 I've been working on myself for a long time and I want to write you a little list on how to conquer it. 1. I don't watch movies with a negative message, horror movies, dramas, heavy movies and sad videos 2. I don't read the news because information noise can increase anxiety 3. I minimize coffee and sugar, even though I love it very much 4. Perhaps most importantly, I don't hang out with toxic people or people who make me uncomfortable. What would you add to this list?😋💘
